“Gathering of buttons”, Navajo buttons surrounded by white heart beads and feather. – original handwritten description by Mary Hancock.

Doug and Mary Hancock have made a ton of different kinds of mummy's bundle necklaces over the years, but this one stands out thanks to its gorgeous red white-heart beads. They make up the main part of this choker, while the sterling silver stamped conchos and single feather charm hang from the center. A real collector’s piece that you will not want to miss out on.

White hearts derive their name from the inner core of  “Archaeology meets Style”. Mummy’s Bundle is renowned for exquisite chokers boasting beautiful macrame with bold silver adornments. When Doug passed a few years ago, Mary’s passion for the business waned.

White hearts derive their name from the inner core of opaque white glass that is coated with a layer of translucent colored glass. This process produces beads with a unique character as light passes through the bead. Beads such as these are originally of French or Czech provenance and traded in Africa.  A real collector’s piece that you will not want to miss out on.
