JSW687 Turquoise Cuff

Sterling silver butterfly cuff by Navajo silversmith Darren Livingston. The 1 1/4” cuff which tapers to 1/2” has a beautiful 5/8” x 1” Royston turquoise stone. Applique butterflies are on each side of the turquoise. The inside measurement is 5 3/4” with a 7/8” gap. Hallmark: D Livingston

Royston is known for its beautiful colors ranging from deep green to rich, light blues with a brown matrix. While Royston is considered an active mine; it is a very small operation. The mine in Nevada is still producing high quality turquoise but in limited amounts.

Darren is the son of respected silver smith Paul Livingston.  Having learned his skills from his accomplished father, Darren works in very similar materials:  heavy gauged sterling, traditional turquoise and coral stones.
