Thank you for shopping at Shades of the West. We appreciate your business.
We are always ready to meet our customer’s needs and requests. Bischoff’s will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Our policy is that the customer pays the outbound and the return shipping. We do not offer free shipping.
Shades of the West requires prior approval to process a return or exchange of merchandise. A simple phone call or email explaining the reason for return/exchange makes the processes easier.

For online orders, we ask that it is returned or exchanged within ten (10) days of receipt.
Exchanges will be made if we have the product in stock. Every attempt will be made to fulfill an exchange or return.
All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused and saleable condition including its original packaging, tags, and instructions, etc. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges.
Items purchased "On Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Merchandise must be returned pre-paid. Shades of the West will not accept any returns sent COD.
Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.
If merchandise is sent back to Shades of the West and does not fall within these guidelines, no return or exchange will be granted, and the merchandise will be billed freight and sent back to you. This determination is at our discretion.
