JSW700 Bisbee Turquoise Cuff

Sterling silver cuff by Navajo silversmith Dan Oliver (1957-2015). The 1 3/4” cuff with a 1 3/4” x 1 1/2” silver setting has a 7/8” x 1” Bisbee turquoise stone. The inside is 5 3/4” with a 1 1/4” gap. Hallmark: Dan Oliver and Shades of the West

The Bisbee mine, located near Bisbee, Arizona is one of the most famous mines in America. Bisbee Turquoise is known for its hard, beautiful blue stone that has unique matrix.  The matrix is sometimes dark brown or a red/brown spiderweb.
