Nora Tahe Bill, born 1944, is a diverse and talented Navajo Silversmith specializing in heavy Sterling Silver stamped cuff bracelets. She is the wife of smith Emerson Bill. Nora began making the thick, heavy, deep stamped cuffs while married to Emerson Bill and has continued the style to present day. Their son Jerrold Tahe and daughter Elvira Bill are also silversmiths, learning the art from their parents. Nora is referenced in Hougart's "Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks".
